Client Role

Clients receive a configured Diagaxis subscription (Intake, Command, Presence, or Authority), installed within the DIAGAXIS platform, with integrated AI qualification and conversion capabilities.

The system operates autonomously within defined parameters to capture, qualify, and convert leads on behalf of the client's business.

Leads collected via DIAGAXIS tools are qualified through DIAGAXIS Voice AI (Ana) before being processed. Ana operates autonomously within defined parameters. DIAGAXIS does not guarantee specific conversion outcomes.

Compensation

Compensation (commissions, bonuses, or credits) is based on qualified leads or client conversions attributed to your DIAGAXIS configuration. Specific payout details are communicated during onboarding and may be updated by DIAGAXIS with reasonable notice.

Rules

• You must not modify your DIAGAXIS tools beyond the options provided within the platform.
• You must not misrepresent yourself as an employee or official representative of DIAGAXIS.
• All data collected must be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• Unethical practices (spam, misleading claims, prohibited content) are grounds for immediate termination.

Accessing Our Platform

• Access to our Platform is permitted on a temporary basis.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend content or services without notice.
• We are not liable if the Platform is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Intellectual Property Rights

DIAGAXIS is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in this Platform and its published material, including the DIAGAXIS brand, the Diagnostic Experience System (DXS) architecture, product configurations, AI workflows, and all associated content.

All content is protected by copyright laws and treaties worldwide. All rights are reserved.

You may print or download extracts for personal, non-commercial reference, provided you:

• Do not modify the materials.
• Do not use graphics, images, or videos separately from their accompanying text.
• Acknowledge DIAGAXIS as the author of the content.

Commercial use of any materials requires a written license from DIAGAXIS. Unauthorized use may result in termination of your rights and require return or destruction of copies.

Viruses, Hacking & Security

You must not:

• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code into our platform or connected systems.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, AI systems, or connected databases.
• Attack our Platform via denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service methods.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the DIAGAXIS system architecture, AI logic, or routing workflows.

Breaching these provisions may constitute a criminal offense under applicable law. DIAGAXIS will report violations to relevant authorities and disclose your identity if required.

We are not liable for damage caused by cyberattacks or harmful material linked to your use of the Platform.

DIAGAXIS services are built on an AI-First architecture. Artificial intelligence — including DIAGAXIS Voice AI (Ana) — is used to qualify leads, conduct diagnostic conversations, and in certain configurations, autonomously close client engagements at defined price points.

All AI outputs and actions are provided "as-is." DIAGAXIS does not guarantee specific results from AI-driven interactions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this AI-operated model.

Subscription & Pricing

DIAGAXIS services are offered on a monthly subscription basis with no setup fees and no long-term contracts. Current pricing tiers:

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle. Pricing is subject to change with a minimum of 30 days written notice to active subscribers.

Revisions

DIAGAXIS may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page. You are expected to review this document regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
